- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.

During a press conference held on 11 June, Elisabeth Borne, (Minister for the Ecological and Inclusive Transition) and François Brottes (Chairman of the RTE Executive Board) spoke on the impacts of the health crisis on the security of electricity supply and highlighted the need for increased vigilance for the upcoming 2020-2021 winter (link).
In this context and before closure on the 25 June of the next EPEX SPOT auctions for delivery years 2020 and 2021 and covering this winter, RTE is providing a summary of elements of transparency on the capacity mechanism. These elements will provide players with an up-to-date assessment of the balance between offer and demand in capacity guarantees for these delivery years.
