Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
The French Agency for Ecological Transition – ADEME - is holding a webinar on Thursday, 24 June 2021 to assist RTE’s consumer customers in the building of their Energy Performance Plan (PPE in French).
The tariff rebate system provided for in Articles L.341-4-2 and D. 341-9 of the French Energy Code was amended on 11 April, 2021.
As part of this development, energy performance plans (PPE) must be submitted by consumer customers eligible for the scheme by 30 November 2021 to their local DREAL - Regional Directorate for the Environment, Development and Housing.
To assist customers in this process, ADEME is holding a webinar on Thursday, 24 June, 2021, from 9:30AM to 11AM
Consumer customers eligible for the scheme are invited to visit the ADEME website now to find out about the new registration procedures.
