Do you have an account?
Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Description of Service
The consumption threshold exceedance notification service notifies you in near real-time by email and/or text message when your gross active power for a physical metering point reaches :
- a pre-notification threshold (in kW) defined by your administrator for the physical metering point
- a notification threshold (in kW) defined by your administrator for the physical metering point
Notifications are sent for each exceedance and each physical metering point, with energy consumption measured in 10-minute periods, according to the delivery frequency configured and the user preferences.
Notifications are issued on the basis of raw metered data, as recorded continuously by the metering data collection application. They are not confirmed at this stage, so are not ready for billing at the public electricity network tariff (TURPE). This data is therefore likely to generate unwarranted notifications.
General information
This service is only available if the metering points used in the energy breakdown formula for the balance manager system (cf. Appendix 3 of the Transmission Network Access Contract) have been adapted to IP technology.
Configuring the service
As the administrator, you can give subsets of users from each of your companies access to the service and can configure the service for each Physical Calculation Point:
- Notification name
- Pre-notification and notification thresholds (in kW)
- Number of consecutive exceedances before delivery (either on first threshold exceedance or after two or three consecutive threshold exceedances)
- Delivery frequency (at each exceedance or a maximum of once per day and per threshold).
General information
If you wish to receive notifications, you must activate the service for each physical metering point from the “My services” tab. You can also manage your preferences via this interface as a user.
