Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :

- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.

Compensation payment under the regulated model
Pursuant to Articles L.271-3 and R.271-8 of the French Energy Code , demand response aggregators pay compensation to electricity suppliers that are directly affected by demand response activation (art 10 of NEBEF Terms, 4.7 of Rules relating to Scheduling, the Balancing Mechanism and Recovery of Balancing Charges section 1 and article 14.4 of Ancillary Service Systems rules).
Financial settlement based on a regulated energy price
For consumption sites for which the "regulated" payment model is applied, the fixed scales are given below.
For the Profiled Consumption Sites (figures as of 1st february 2024):
(1) Profiled consumption site assigned to a profile RES 1, RES 11 or PRO 1
(2) Profiled consumption site not assigned to a profile RES 1, RES 11 or PRO 1

For the Remotely-Read Consumption Sites (figures as of 1st january 2025):
WINTER * : January, February, March, October, November, December
SUMMER * : April, May, June, July, August, September
OPRR ** : Off-Peak Hours for the Remotely-Read consumer
PRR*** : Peak-Hours for the Remotely-Read consumer
