Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.

Evolution of the notification schedule of a "PP2 excluding PP1" day selected on a consumption criterion.
In their latest version, the capacity market rules provide that the PP2 excluding PP1 days are selected either when power consumption is high - like the PP1 days – or in case of a system stress event. Depending on which criterion is used, the notification of days is published at different times.
Article 12.2.2.1 of the market rules states in particular that, by January 1, 2023 at the latest, the notification of a PP2 excluding PP1 day selected on the basis of a consumption criterion must be published the day before at 9:30 am. However, RTE committed to stakeholders that it will make its best efforts to implement this new notification schedule as soon as possible, by the end of 2022.
Consequently, and in accordance with its commitment, RTE confirms today that the notification of a "PP2 excluding PP1" day selected on a consumption criterion will be published the day before at 9:30 am, as from the next PP2 period starting on November 1st 2022.
As a result, as of November 1st:
- the notification of PP1 days and PP2 days that are also PP1 days will be published the day before at 9:30 am;
- the notification of PP2 days that are not PP1 days selected on a consumption criteria will be published the day before at 9:30 am;
- the notification of PP2 days that are not PP1 days selected on a system stress criterion will be published the day before at the latest at 7 pm.
