Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
Receive your alerts via push notifications on your smartphone.
In July 2020, we opened a notification service on the Services Portal that allows you to receive the following alerts by email:
- Unavailability of power generation units
- Network unavailability
- Messages concerning lack of bids on the BM
- Spot France power exchanges negative or zero prices
- PP2 Signals
- Tempo
Today, we are launching the "RTE Notifications" mobile app, accessible to all and available on Play Store and App Store. Once installed, this application will allow you to receive these alerts as push notifications on your smartphone.
It's easy to use - simply download the application!
