Substitution of physical transport rights by financial transport rights on the FR-DE border

On 29th October 2019 the Agency approved the second amendment of Annex 1 of the Harmonised Allocation Rules for long-term transmission rights specific to CORE region.

As from 1st January 2020, this leads to the replacement of physical transmission rights by financial transmission rights in the FR-DE/LU bidding zone border.

This change will apply for the 2020 long-term auctions on the France-Germany border.
