Remember to switch your capacitor banks back on.

At the start of the year, RTE asked its industrial customers to open capacitor banks as part of the voltage management of the Public Transmission System and we thank you for your contribution.

From 1 November 2020 to March 2021 included, the quantity of Reactive Energy consumed above 40 % of the amount of Active Energy consumed will be invoiced again.

Also, we invite you to re-energize your capacitor banks by November 1, 2020.

The Consumer CART sets out the details of these provisions.

We also remind you that you can subscribe to the free service Notification in case your Tan Phi is exceeded  from our Customer Service Portal.

This service notifies you by email when you exceed your contractual Tangent Phi or a maximum percentage of your contractual Tan Phi, defined according to your preferences.

For any questions, please contact your account manager.
