With its 27 January 2022 deliberation, the CRE approved the new templates for the General and Special Conditions of the CART for "consumer" type users.

With its 12 September 2024 deliberation 2024-162, the CRE has approved the new templates for the General and Special Conditions of the generator CART contract.
The aim of the works carried out within the Commission d’Accès au Réseau of the CURTE (Market Access Commission) were to:

  • Strengthen the contractual framework for compensation of RE generators, specifying the conditions for applying the correction of the balance responsible party’s balance perimeter provided for in the market rules published on 1 April 2024, and the terms and conditions for RTE’s compensation of generators;
  • Establish rules applicable to the handling of impacts related to renewal works carried out jointly by RTE and its clients on their assets, when they are interlinked, following the CRE deliberation No. 2023-161 of 12 June 12 2023;
  • Draw up the rules for the allocation of curtailment for the following offshore fleets AO3 and AO3, connected with shared connection works.

Moreover, for a full explanation of the terms and conditions for compensation of PV and onshore wind power generators, RTE has prepared a detailed Reference Technical Documentation: Article 7.7 entitled “Compensation of PV and onshore wind RE”.
Customers will be notified of the change to the CART standard template in the coming days.
These documents are available in the RTE Technical Reference Documentation.
